Take advantage of these workouts. Normally, these would be for sale ($47 per month membership), but I begged my partner to make it available for free.
Why?
Because I remember when I was a young player looking everywhere (online, dvds, books, etc.) for drills workouts that would push me to get better.
And you know what… most of the stuff out at the time (early 2000’s) was terrible. Just basic drills I already did with my high school team.
There workouts are made for players looking to separate themselves from the pack of average players. Who want to be the best player on the court and will put in the work training to make it happen.
So take advantage of these free basketball workouts. I’m not sure how long they’ll be free to be honest with you.
